Web data errors

When sharing data from one device to another (iPhone master to iPad back up) I am having an issue with some games not coming over says transfers failed team has been deleted ? Please advise

If you have deleted one of the teams involved in a game, you can not transfer the game.

Nothing on master device has been deleted. Fresh instal on slave.
One of the teams saying its deleted is my own team.

If you can do an Options -> Export from both devices and email us the customer ID of each and which game you are trying to data share, we can take a look. Send the email to
support@iscoresports.com.
