Is there an issue with the admin website at the moment. Have tried to log in with the correct user and password and it just keeps saying Invalid user and/or password! The device is with my wife and daughter on the road to our next tournament, but they did get in and change the admin password to see if that solved the problem. It didn't, still get the same message. They also tried to do an export while they were in there and it just comes back saying Error.

You will need to do an Options -> Export and you will then be able to log in. If the export is giving a failure message, then there is some kind of internet connectivity issue going on with the device. If they completely power the device off, and then back on, it should reset the internet connection and the export will likely succeed.
