Deleted game still shows up in the stats

I previously wrote about a game that did not post as an officially started game using the play button but showed up on the Game Manager list. That same game I stopped scoring in the 4th innnng because it was a scrimmage and I was just using the game to learn how to use the new features of 2.0. I eventually deleted it as a partial game. Unfortunately, it added the stats into the players' cummalative stats and now my "real cumulative stats" are incorrect. Why is the players data posted to an incomplete game? Can I delete the players data from his cumulative stats? If not, can you?

Thanks

Ah... great find. We have started storing stats separately, and when you delete a game, it is likely not deleting the stats from that separate table. If you export your database to us, we can remove that extra data for you. Just email us with your customer ID (bottom left of Options screen) after running export. Email us at support@fasterthanmonkeys.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false.

We will get this fixed for the 2.0.3 release.

Thank you.

Scared.. is this true in general or just under certain circumstances that a deleated game is not being eliminated from cumulative stats? do we need to go back and check our data sets?

Any deleted game will still show up in stats when going to the Player Card --- only the Player Card. You will still see that game listed. It does not get included when going to the Team Stats and viewing stats that way.

We will add a "self service" fix on the iScore Central server, but can fix anyone's data if needed before that becomes available. Just export your database, and send us an email at support@fasterthanmonkeys.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false with your Customer ID.
