iscore central site - Deleted Games

I have changed the date and time along with the game name due to being postponed because of weather. After exporting and running database maintenance, the game still shows up on scorecentral steaming site with it's original date and name. I then deleted the game and recreated it and ran another export. It now shows the newly created game as well as the deleted game. Is there a way to clean this up?

If you are talking about the "Scorecasts" listing, you have to delete it from the Admin Website directly. If this is not what you are referring to, then if you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID (found on Options screen in iScore) to support@iscoresports.com and tell us specifically which game, and where it is showing that you don't think it should, and we will take a look to see what is going on.

I have that same issue with a game that was postponed and rescheduled. I updated everything everywhere that I can find but the Viewer still shows it with the original date.

I emailed all the information to the email address above as you requested 'john6six' to do.

Thank You Support, I actually found the resolution as per your instruction. Only issue is the rescheduled game is at the end of the list. Is thre a way to reorder them by date? Can I turn off scorecast on my device and export, then turn it back on and export again. Or perhaps delete them on the website, then do another export?

If it is the iScorecast list, then it always lists the last one that was updated first. So if you want to move an iScorecast up the list, do an "i-Scorecast Synchronize" from the Game Info screen for the game you want to be first on the list.

I never got a response to my email showing the issue (in iScoreViewer) with rescheduled games and I've now found another issue. When a game is scored on a later date, the player card also shows the date it was scored not the date the game shows as being played.

For example, if you schedule a game on 9/5/12 but for some reason aren't there and score it the next day on 9/6/12, when you view the player cards for anyone that played that game the game will be listed as 9/6/12 instead of 9/5/12. All stats have been exported and game was resync'd and all dates that visually show everywhere else are correct.

For the date issue on stats, be sure to set the scheduled and start date on the Game Info screen, then view stats on the device and tap the recalc button and the new date will be assigned to the stats.
