Double Play (Quick)

Post by Ronjl » Wed Nov 07, 2012 9:04 am

When I "swipe" the "out" button for a quick selection of the possible double plays, the "3-6-1" button actually records a 4-6-3 double play.

We just tried it on a device here, and the text reads ""#48 xxx grounds out on the throw first baseman #21 xx to shortstop #1 yy to pitcher #57 zz".

First Baseman - shortstop - pitcher is 3-6-1.

We did this on an iPad. What type of device are you using?

Running on Xoom Android Version 4.1.2 Build number JZO54K
iScore Baseball v3.52.918
Situation is runners on 1st and 2nd, no outs.
Ground ball to 1st, who throws to the shortstop at 2nd base for the force who then throws to the pitcher covering 1st to get the batter.
I "swipe" "out" button which brings up 12 buttons, the "3-6-1 Double Play" button (the lower right button) then generates a
request for hit location followed by a request for status of runner on second base (I chose Safe, Third, advanced by Batter).
The Play-by-play generates DOUBLE Play! #6 Player grounds out on the throw second baseman #40 Player to shorstop #60 Player to first baseman #30 Player. #4 Player advances to third base.
