TruMedia Issue and Experienced Users

Hopefully the trumedia guys are watching...

Purchased and can't get anything...there is ZERO documentation that I can find anywhere. When I click on player card in the iPad app or in iScorecentral it continuously tells me to wait 30 minutes or export again....i've waited 2 days...I've uninstalled and reinstalled...nothing works.

All you TruMedia users...is their a discussion thread that we can connect on to get experience and insight?

My try media is working.

But it has been installed

You do have to option > export once and after you score a new hane

You also need a good Internet connection.
