Email Not Working

I have been trying to email the results after the game, and also sending the game link; from 2 different devices and both running v4.02.307. I am getting errors when trying to email to a gmail account and also just trying to email to the 'web' address.

Am I missing something or is it broke?

Emails are working fine... we just confirmed from a device here. 4.02 is not the most recent version of iScore --- you should try updating and try sending the emails again.

If you are getting a Successful message, but not receiving the email, it means it is being filtered to SPAM. From your gmail account, send an email to "DoNotReply@iscoresports.com" and it will add our address to your "friends" list and won't send the emails to SPAM any more.

If you are getting a Failure message, it usually indicates no or poor internet connection. Verify your internet connection and try again.

If you are getting a failure, have a good internet connection, and are running the most recent version of iScore, do an Options -> Export, email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know what you are trying to email and we will try and reproduce the failure here.
