Is Scorecast site down???

Can't get to scorecast site. Is it me or is site down? Haven't been able to all weekend.

We are not seeing any issues with the iScorecast site. If you want to email us the link / customer ID to check, we can see if there is anything specific with your data. Send the email to support@iscoresports.com.

Most of Saturday and Sunday no one in our area (Kansas City MO) could get to your web site.

After several minutes we would get a "Server cannot be located" message.

All we could get to was the forum.
We could get all other web sites that we tried just to verify that our isp was working.

We just went to each of those three links and they all came up. Are you still unable to connect to those sites? We are not sure why you would not have been able to visit the URLs, but we did not have any instances of our servers being down, and did not get any reports of issues. Sometimes internet connectivity issues can be regional as "hops" between ISPs could be having issues. Maybe the "path" from your local region to our servers was being blocked in some way? We would not have any way to track that down at this point, but if it happens in the future, and you know how to use the "tracert" or "traceroute" tools, you can use that to test connectivity from your local machine to any server, and it can show if there are any issues at steps along the way.

The problem may have been AT&T. I got this today:
Severity: 1-High
Location of Issue: Southwest KANSAS CITY Description of Issue: There have been 500+ reports of LTE and UMTS Data Customers in the Missouri and Kansas City markets that are unable to connect to certain websites from their phones Start Time: Sun Apr 14 09:00:00 EDT 2013 Time of Resolution:Mon Apr 15 12:46:00 EDT 2013

This is systemic. Same here as of the time of this post and I'm in Virginia.

I am experiencing the same issue. When I enter my username and password, it says that "Login required". I am 100% certain that my credentials are correct. Thanks, Mark Cook

Yes I'm unable to login from birmingham Al. Same issue says Login required. This is the first time this has happened to me.

I am having the same issue in Seattle, on a Comcast/Xfinity Internet connection. I have tried multiple times to login to my admin site, taking special care to make sure I am making no typographical errors in entering my customer ID number or password, and all I get is the red "login required" message. I need a MaxPreps export file, and am pretty sure people will start bugging me with questions about why I haven't uploaded already pretty soon....
