trouble importing data to ipad

trouble importing data to ipad

I am able to export my data to the server but, after making some team name changes through the website, I cannot import the new data to my ipad. I keep getting a message that the data cannot be imported at this time and the old information has not been changed. I've tried it at least 4 or 5 times over the last week, all with the same results.

Can anyone help me out here?

An import failure would only occur if there was an internet connectivity issue. This could be the result of poor internet connectivity, or it could be a firewall preventing a large file "download" to your device. If you are using a school WiFi network, they will often have stricter firewall rules than home networks.

Another possibility is if your device is near capacity... doing an import requires enough space on your device to hold the database. Make sure you have available storage space on the device when doing the import.

If this does not help, then if you can send your customer ID to support@isoresports.com, we can take a look at your data on the server and try importing to a device here to see if there are any issues.
