Pitching Stats did not translate in game scoring

Post by Stadtusquo » Fri Mar 21, 2014 6:50 am

Jut scored a game last night with iPhone 5, up to date, and everything seemed normal, until I went to look at Pitching stats after the end of game. The Pitching stats did not seem to record for either Team, though the play-by-play clearly shows correct entry with Pitching changes, counts, etc. How can this be fixed? Just exported this morning... HELP PLEASE

If you do an Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know which game it is and a specific player to look at, we can take a look at your data. You may also want to try using the Recalc button when viewing stats.

Make sure you ended your game (do you get a final F in the score board) .. sometimes if you leave prematurely without an end game this happens. (if you need to force end of game, run rule, time limit etc, Misc > End game from the scoring screen)
