Paid for team site, but it's telling me I need to renew

We've been using iScore for our spring season, and I paid for a team site several weeks ago. But when I tried to sign on today, I got the "Renew now" message, and it's not letting me access our page.

If you can email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID (found on Options screen in iScore), and the URL of your team website, we can take a look to see what is going on.
