How to score a runner tagging and advancing on a fly ball

Situation: fewer than 2 outs, runner at 2b. Batter hits fly ball to the outfield. Runner at 2b tags and advances to 3b. It's not a sac fly since no run is scored. My only option for documenting what the runner from 2b does seems to be to select "Advanced by Batter" or "On the Throw"...neither of which is really true. Am I missing something? Or do people just use one option or the other and note the tag-up?
