Contents of Notes field listed as home team in email

I scored a game last night (iPad, v4.44). The home and visitor team names were correct on the scoring screen. After the game I emailed myself the game reports. The email subject was correct (Visitor at Home) but inside the email the box score and all sub headings for the home team listed the contents of the "Notes" field instead of the team name. I went back into the game options and noticed these had replaced the team name. I corrected it and all was well but I'm curious if anyone else has seen this.

I've never seen this before so there's a chance I somehow copied and pasted the notes over the team name but that seems unlikely. I'm scoring another game today and I'll see if it happens again. Has anyone else seen this?

We have not heard of this being reported before.

Yep.. happens to me frequently using an android phone. (have used two different phones now and it has done it with both.) In my case what I type in for field conditions mysteriously ends up in the notes also and then shows up in the Visitor team. I don't even have to email it anywhere for it to occur. Found no rhyme or reason for it. It is an annoyance but it is correctable at least.

Well, it didn't happen yesterday so I'll just keep an eye out for it in the future (and to see if I can recognize any particular sequence/pattern that leads to it). I've scored a number of games and have only seen this once.

I'm glad to hear that someone else has seen something similar and that I haven't lost my mind! (Well, not because of this at least).

I figure I can deal with it as long as I don't run into a team named "dry"! ;-)
