Some of my player photos will not update no matter what I do. I tried updating under the team roster on the player card, and it says the image has been uploaded, but it's still the old picture on the player card. If I go to Player Manager I can update the photo and it works there, but if I go back to the player card under team roster and flip it, the old picture is still there. This is only happening for three of the players out of 13. Help!!!

The device caches photos for a couple hours. If you check back on the device in a few hours, you will see the new photos (no matter which way you updated them).

If you don't want to wait, you can try forcing the cache to be updated by completely closing out of iScore and then completely powering your device off and back on. Then open iScore again.

I tried closing iScore and powering my iPad down, and also doing a reset, but the three photos still won't change. 10 of the 13 players' photos changed but these three still show the old photos under the team roster. Under the individual player file in Player Manager they are updated, and also when I look at my roster on the iscorecentral website they are updated. It's just the three on the player cards under team roster. Weird.

could you have inadvertently duplicate players. ?
turn ALL league on and then check player manager for the three that are not updated. See if by chance you have two 'versions' of the player. If so, merge them together.

I went in and turned all leagues on and checked to see if the three particular players had duplicates, and they did not. The pictures never updated even though I've waited several days between these posts. There seems to be a glitch for those players and it's only in the roster screen when you flip the card offer to show the photo. All the rest of the players' pictures updated fine to the new pics. The new pictures do show under the players' files from the players screen.

Just update new pictures and be sure have good connection to internet at the time

I have a perfect internet connection, but I've tried several more times. There is a bug in the program that will not allow me to replace those three photos on the player cards.
