Roster problems

I paid the 19.99 for the 2010 roster add-on, tapped the icon - it now says current. But when I try to score a game, I still get the pop-up error box when I hit sync, telling me I need to purchase the 2010 mlb roster. There is a space for an activation code, but I have not received an activation number. What gives?

If you can email us your customer ID, we can take a look to see why that is happening. Your customer ID will be on the bottom left of the Options screen. Email it to support@fasterthanmonkeys.com, and we will get this fixed for you right away.

One more possibility... did you also happen to have the 2009 rosters? The Sync button only works with the 2010 teams, so if you happen to have the 2009 rosters as well, it is best to go into League Manager and turn off the 2009 season so you don't accidentally start a game by selecting one of the 2009 teams instead of a 2010 team.
