trying to transfer website to coach's device I am getting message "Customer ID does not have a baseball database". I have followed the instructions as to how to transfer but I can not transfer the website online at iscorecentral.com

Make sure that coach has done an export from his device prior to transfer. I believe an initial export (even if there is no data) is required to set up the admin database.
