I scored the first game of the season today and the app works great. The only issue I have found is that my player cards appear to only show the first at bat for each player. Everyone batted 2 or 3 times, and it is reflected in the stats, but the player cards only show 1 plate appearance and 1 hit (or none if the batter didn't get a hit) for each batter. We would like to keep track of where the kids hit to, so if this can be repaired it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for a great app!
Spray charts not correct
Re: Spray charts not correct
hmmmm, I looked at the box score on the iscore website, and it was also incomplete, even thogh the pitch by pitch and scorecard were correct. I exported again, and everything looks perfect now. Not sure what happened, or how it was fixed, but it appears to have solved itself!

There is certain statistic data that is not written to your database until the game is over. You must make sure to do Misc-> End Game when a game is over if it ends early due to time limits. The box score and player cards rely on the stat data that is written when the game is over.

Thanks! I was concerned about hitting end game in case I needed to go back and make any corrections ie. substitutions, etc. Would I still be able to make corrections in the pitch by pitch if I had ended the game already?
Thanks for creating such an easy to use tool and continuing to make improvements to it. The support is excellent as well, and our coaches love all the info.

Yes, you can still make edits after using End Game. The substitutions, etc can be made when the game is over by going to Game Manager, selecting the game, then going to Pitch by Pitch. From there, you can make any missed substitutions on any pitch, and it will automatically update all statistics.
You could even undo the "End Game" if you wanted.
