Deleting Games on Website
Is there a simple way you can delete a game that shows up on the website? Our team did two practice games that we don't want included on the list of games and stats. Alternatively, is there a way to choose more than one league so that we can choose which stats show up on the cummulative stats on the website (as opposed to only being able to choose "All" or a single league?

You can delete the game, or you can put it in its own league to filter it out. You can also set the default league that will show on the website by going to Settings. So you can create a league called "Practice Games", and another league called "Regular Season", and put the practice games in the "Practice Game" league, and the normal games in the "Regular Season" league, then make the regular season league be the default.
Game can be assigned to more than one league, so you can have a league called "Combined Stats" (or whatever your intended purpose is), and put all the games you want to be included in your cumulative stats in that league, then make that league the default for your website.
The key is that Games should be assigned to the leagues you want them to be accumulated together, and the Team should be assigned to the leagues you want to make available in the drop dwon on your team website.

Re: Deleting Games on Website
I tried both putting the two games in a separate league as well as removing the league that the two games were played in from the team itself. But the two games still appear on the website under "all games." That's the only place they appear. Any ideas?

They will always appear in All Games unless you delete them. If you truly don't want them to appear at all, you can delete them by going to Game Manager, selecting the game, then clicking the trash can. If will ask you to confirm the deletion. You can then export and the games will not appear at all (all data about the games will be gone).
