New iPhone

Post by sdharris » Wed Oct 13, 2010 8:16 am

I took my iPhone in to get serviced and they wiped everything out on my old phone. They gave me a new one and I lost all my data. After I downloaded my apps from iTunes, iScore gave me a new Customer ID. Is there any way to retrieve my stats from last season? I don't have my old Customer ID. Thank you.

Send an email to FTM at the address below and let them know you new Customer ID. Did you have a website they can refer to for your old ID?

You skipped right over the FAQ thread that describes upgrading or changing to a new device. You may want to review that thread.
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1995" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

For example,
If you had exported your data before and know old customer ID and password, you can retrieve games and teams by data sharing without having to email ftm.
