Game Crash

Post by crusader1311 » Wed Mar 30, 2011 3:52 pm

Games keep crashing and when I go to the game list, all of the games have been deleted. This is a very frustrating issue and I hope iscore can fix this issue.

If you can do an Options ->Export and email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and describe the issue, we can take a look.

For random crashes, the usual cause would be memory issues. Powering your device completely off and back on will clear that up.

For "disappearing games", the usual cause is turning off the "All" league in League manager.

If you do the export, we can look at your data to see if there is anything in there with more clues.

One other thing ... what version of iScore are you on, and which type of device? We see you joined back in Nov 2010, so just want to make sure you have updated to the newest version.

I just noticed that I have player card stats, but no team stats.

For anyone following, this one is resolved. It was a very isolated issue that we have not seen before, so do not expect others will be seeing it.
