Pinch Hitter

I always used to put a vertical line on my score sheet indicating the inning that a pinch hitter entered the game. This is similar to the horizontal line for new pitchers. I'm not sure this is necessary since the inning a pinch hitter comes in to the game is indicted to the right of his name. I find in easier to read that way.

I too use that vertical line for pinch hitters as well as substitutions. I would say that this isn't a high-demand update, but it would be a useful one that at least two users would like.
