Player Card E-mailed Without Data

Post by Littlejon » Wed Jun 12, 2013 12:50 pm

I just got the update released today for my iPad (v4.10) and tried to e-mail a player card to myself. When I got it, the card showed no batting average and no ERA, but when viewing player stats, both show up just fine.

This is a new iPad that I ported information over to recently and I know the information on the admin website has two logins, one for the old device and one for the new one. The new one has all of the data that is on the new device, which is for the entire season, but I am not sure if that is what is causing the problem.

Stats that are e-mailed have the correct information.

If you do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID and which player you are trying to email a player card for, we will take a look at your data to see what is going on. Send the email to support@iscoresports.com.
Check out the new iScore Baseball documentation page!

Thanks! Export done and an e-mail has been sent. I can also send the PDF file so you can see it. I tested multiple players on the same team and got the same thing for each one.
