Can't login to Admin website

I've logged in many times to download code to use at maxpreps. Today i can't log in - response is: Invalid user and/or password! - tried resetting password, changing password, all to no avail. I am able to export from my iphone to the site (export to the iScore application servers) Please advise - I need to upload 2 games to maxpreps.

We just tried with one of our accounts and it worked fine. If you want to email your customer ID that you are exporting from and trying to log in with to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look at your data to see what we find.

Solution was emailed from iScore. My id started with a bunch of F's. It works now, thanks.
