Home team will not allow batter changes

Post by jkeith » Fri Nov 05, 2010 9:41 am

I cannot seem to change batters for the home team. When I tap the batter (again only the home team) it will not allow offensive changes to the order, the buttons for "offense" and "defense" are gone from the top of the screen. Am I missing something?

If all of the batters in a team's lineup have the setting of 'Batting' set to 'Yes' then the offense and defense buttons are not available because their are no offensive substitutes. By default, any batters you add to the lineup have a Batting setting of Yes.

yeah that was the problem. I should have used skip batter, but I was in a hurry and adjusted the lineup then could not figure out why I could not sub. thanks.

You can force enableing the offensive sub button by adding a player to roster with bating set to no...so no longer have allplayers battimg. Do this after the fact through editing starting line up
