ERA9 and ERA

Post by stevemacko » Sat Mar 12, 2011 9:11 am

Using iScore on an HTC Desire to score little league...

When I look at the stats on my phone, the ERA9 and ERA are calculated and show 2 different values for our team's pitchers. When I (immediately) e-mail the stats from the phone to myself, the ERA9 and ERA fields show identical values (ERA9).

Any explanation? User error?

Are you using the latest version of iScore on your device (v3.09 - visible on title screen when you start up iScore)? There was an issue with an early version where the ERA value was not working properly, but that should all be fixed. If you are definitely on the latest version, and still having the issue, if you can do an Options->Export from within iScore, then email us your Customer ID (seen on Options screen in iScore) to support@iscorecentral.com, and which game you are seeing the discrepancy in, we can take a look.

Hello...

Thank you for the response! I saw some of the other Android users' comments about the 3.09 upgrade not showing up automatically on the title screen. This was my case, as well. I had to go to the Market, and install it manually. Once I did, without issue, the ERA and ERA9 issue seems to be cleared up. :-)

Great Program... I love it on the HTC Desire, and my wife uses it on the iPad!
