Just posted on another thread with this same issue... we just went out and picked up an HTC ThunderBolt today specifically to reproduce this issue (several HTC devices seem to have it), and we are now able to see it, so we expect to have it fixed with the next release... probably tonight/tomorrow.

We have resolved this issue and will be publishing an update to the Android Market later tonight. Watch for v3.14.
