Pitch Count Didn't Reset with Substitute

Post by bepeacock » Wed Jun 29, 2011 6:06 pm

A new pitcher came in and I didn't realize it for several pitches. I went into the pitch-by-pitch to insert the sub. Came back to the scoring screen, but the pitch count hadn't reset with the sub. It was just continuing the tally of the original pitcher (even though new pitcher's name was listed). The inning recap window showed it correctly, just not in the lineup section.

This occurred while I was scoring a game last night!

The final stats will show correctly in this case, but the in game pitch counts will not be correct. If you view the pitch counts on the "stats" screen, you will see they are correct. The issue is the Pitch by Pitch editing is intended as a post game editor, not something to be done mid-game. We do have this issue on our list for future prioritization however.
