Bug - Options -> Small disables Settings -> skin

You set the screen in Options to "small" (not sure if this works on other devices but it works on Kindle), then the "skin" setting for the game disappears for apparently no good reason. I wanted to do this to get a cleaner UI with less clutter, but then I always end up with the dark theme that makes the screen almost useless outside. Can you please fix this? It would be even better if the "skin" setting would be located in the "options" as an overall setting for the program and not in the game's settings.

It disappears because we do not have "skins" for the "small screen". This is not a bug, this is by design.
