Data Sharing

Post by ahsmanager » Tue Apr 03, 2012 11:40 am

I want to get statistics that was on a previous years team from another customer ID I owned. How do I do this so I can see the cumulative stats?

How do I only select one player from the team, and not have the whole team transferred?

You can not do a single player... data sharing is for Games or Teams and includes all data from the Game or Team being transferred.

Also, when I try to import data from a database, the device says that the data is missing, but I can look it up on the database to see that it is still there. Any advice?

Make sure the device you are pulling data from has done an Options -> Export so the latest data is there. If an underlying player record on a team has been deleted, you may get the missing error. If you believe the data is there, you can email us at support@iscoresports.com with the Customer ID and password and game or team you are trying to import, and we can try from a device here to see what is going on.

Ok, thank you. But there is a problem, I am not pulling it from a device, the customer ID that I am pulling it from used to be mine on my own device. When I had to restore the device, the program gave me a new customer ID number. I cannot export from that ID anymore. Now the coach wants me to get stats from last year, but some of the games are not working. Most of them did, but some did not. I will email the ID and password so you can figure it out.
