The rules we use in fastpitch softball for a tie-breaker is when you enter extra innings, the last batted out starts on second base. Therefore, before the first pitch is thrown in extra innings, there is a runner on second. This continues until the game is decided and won by either team. Is this an option that could be added?

As of version 2.0, that option is actually built in. When you go into the extra inning, just click Misc, Tie Breaker. It will default to putting the last batter that made an out on second base, but you also have the option of changing the runner from our default if you would like.
