Network issues
Network issues
For the past 12 hours or so as I add games on my device they aren't showing up on the iscorecast. Iscorecast is activated and the device online. Also, earlier games from the season on iscorecast are shown, but nothing happens when they are clicked. Is there a current network issue?

I just tried to test my iscorecast and also found issues.
I am flagging this for FTM investigation.
FTM there appears to be an issue with data synchronization and playback with iScorecast.
What I tried.. ( Iphone,with Latest iscore v3.54.114 and iOS 6.01)
* Force Synch Transmission error -- tried to force a synch on 1) in process game and 2) complete game - (Game Manager > Game Info > Sync) and get the "transmission failed" message " network error prevented transmision from finishing" (connection is good, b/c I am able to Option > Export)
* Options > Synchronization Stuck in Que - .. created a new test game (with iscore cast option on and with valid wif fi connection), played a few innings and then end game (misc end game) .... no iscorecast update.. I checked the automatic syncronization que .. Options > Synchronization, the game shows in the " queued for synch" group ,(and valid connection to wi fi). I normally have wi fi only option selected, but tried with any internet also , no help)
* web play back failed - Went online and found i can not replay any games, from HTML or FLASH index.
I also tried a phone restart to see clear memory, no help
(I only looked at the baseball iscore cast, did not test basketball, football or soccor.. )

UPDATE: FTM seems to have repaired the issue. I can report all functioning normal again.

Yes, apparently the iScorecast server has been down the last several hours. Somehow our "iptables" got wiped out which restricted access. We are going to follow up with Amazon (our hosting provider) on how this can happen. In the meantime we have restored service. Sorry for the trouble.

Awesome, thanks for the quick response. I'm not currently in a place to try my device, but trust everything is resolved. Thanks again for the quick response!

I scored a game yesterday and the iScorecast link for the HTML version will not populate. The full version of the link seems to be working fine.
