Iphone factory reset - had to reload iScore - questions

Hi -

So with a software update for my IPhone today I had to have a factory reset performed.

I reloaded iScore and had to register and have a new admin site. I also subscribe to MLB but I don't know what to do as when I go to add ons it gives me the option to buy. Also, I can't get to my old admin site because it has given me a new admin login/pswd

Could anyone suggest a solution or should I call someone at iScore.

yes a hard reset will often produce a new device ID

(I hope yo had exported your isocre data base before) but unless you had to re download iScore . no loss.

If you had registered your old device id to the same email you register your new device.

go to admin web site, account tab, and there are all the IDs you have registered to you. you can click on old one and go to that admin site. '

If you had a team web site or have a link to a iscorecast from old device, that can help support find your old device id too.

That worked like a charm !! I am up and running so if my friends at Apple ever force a hard factory reset again I know exactly what to do (absent of giving them a piece of my mind)
