Can't Login to my.iscorecentral

I recently downloaded the android iscorebaseball app. I have tried several times to log into the my.scorecentral.com getting the message of incorrect username or password!
Username (customer ID = tw65hvb857) and I have changed the password using my device so I'm sure I am using the correct one. Please help.

After you set the password on your device under OPTIONS>ADMIN WEB SITE
Were you able to OPTION EXPORT?

I seem to be having the same problem with the iOS version also, used the stored password and user ID from the options/admin website on the mobile app. Also attempted to login from my desktop computer (used stored login data from the keychain) and this also failed however I did note that my ID on the iOS is different from the one stored in keychain of OSX.

Do an Options -> Export from the device then try logging in using the info from your device.

Well this worked however now I seem to have lost all my games for the last year which are the ones I needed to restore due to a corrupted file in my iPhone backup/restore file. Will I be able to recover them?
