No option to change base out is recorded

First and second. Batter singles to center field. 8-4-2 putout at home. Scorer originally recorded the out at third. When I went back at the end of the game to correct this in pitch-by-pitch, it doesn't give the option for the runner to be at home (blacked out like first and second).

That is correct. You can change how the out was made, but you can not change the base a runner ended up at (or made an out at) post game. It does not effect the stats. You can add a note to the play post game if you would like however.
