A/B spots in starting lineup

In my league, you can have A/B spots in the same lineup position. So, for example, if I can have

7A) Tony
7B) Mike

Each time through the lineup, the players switch off batting. How do I account for this in the starting lineup/iscore scorebook?

Depends on how many A/B slots you have. If the whole lineup is A/B then go through 1-9 as A (Or however "A"s you have) and 10-18 as B. If not every slot has an A/B then just sub them in in the at bat lineup.

To follow up on Bryan's suggestion, to perform a sub touch the batter icon on the scoring screen and select the alternate batter

It's usually only one or two spots in the lineup. And that's way too much of a hassle to have to sub them every single time they come to bat. The A/B slot could come up 6 times or more during a day. Is it possible to add an A/B function? This is a normal lineup choice in amateur leagues.

I have never seen it come up in all the years that I've been umpiring, I've never seen nor heard of an A/B batter, even in amateur leagues.

It's really not that bad, tap the batter, tap the "B" batter, press done, and you're rolling.

Another possibility: if it's one or two pairs, put them both in, then hit "skip batter" and mark as not an out for the one that doesn't bat.
