Scatter charts on Iscorecast screen

It might be in here already, but has there been talk of enhancing the iscorecast screen. Iscorecast is absolutely FANTASTIC. We ahve several parents and grandparents who watch the game via scorecast. Is it possible to someday to have more information on the screen similar to what is on the homescreen of Iphone. Scatter charts, pitch counts, previous at bat results...maybe even a way to go look at the scorebook? I don't know if it is even possible, but would be a cool addition if it could be done.

Ive also had requests for people who have 2 kids...one at a baseball and one at a track meet. Could they watch Iscorecast on their blackberry or iphone if they are not at a computer via blackberry or iphone.

Absolutely awesome app, keep up the fantastic work!

You can't watch iScorecast on anything that doesn't have Flash - which means at the moment, computers only.

Currently iScoreCast is only available to view from a computer (Mac/PC) connected to internet that supports "adobe flash" plug ins (iphone does not support flash). There have been discussions on the board about the desire to view on other handheld devices (iphone, blackbery, android etc) .. but due to small screen size and other issues, FTM has not seen it as something likely in the near future.. potentially a viewing app for iPad b/c it has larger screen. but generally concerned iScoreCast will not translate well to a small screen.

Twitter casting is something that may translate better and FTM has been discussing ways to make tweets more informative...

(iphone does not support flash).

To be clear - *no* phone currently supports Flash. A few support a "Flash lite" that doesn't do much. Android supposedly will at some point in the future (possibly the second half of this year). The iPhone never will, Apple has made that pretty clear.

i think the bigger point FTM made in their prior post was, technical flash issues aside, the small screen size of handhelds would make viewing iScoreCast a challenging user expereince.

Interestingly enough on this front... we have a user that has created a real time pitch by pitch viewer (basically the iScorecast pitch by pitch listing) as an iPhone application. He has said he will be releasing it free to the user community in the App Store (we asked him to make a change before submitting). If he wants to follow up to this post, feel free. We will announce again when it is available in the App Store.

A suggestion for enhancing Iscorecast, in the space below home plate add the pitch scatter chart screen. The viewer can then see the pitch by pitch location to go with the announce ball or strike.

We intended to add pitch locations there already.. actually just to the right of home plate. It is just a matter of prioritizing.
