changing pitchers after the game is over

Pitcher A pitched inning # 1 and pitched to one batter in inning # 2 without recording an out. Pitcher B came in in Inning # 2 and recorded three outs and pitched 3 more innings. I did not insert Pitcher B in the 2nd innning but at the beginning of the third, thereby missing out on three strikeouts and not recording his pitchcount in the 2nd inning. How can go back in and change the pitchers after the game?

Go to Game Manager, select the game, select Pitch by Pitch, scroll to the pitch where the pitcher should have been changed and select it, then tap Edit next to Substitutions and put in the correct pitcher. All stats will automatically be updated.
