next phase of season

Post by coachbobky » Fri May 14, 2010 11:22 am

Here is what I'm wondering. Next week we start a different phase of our season by moving on to a different league. The roster will be reduced, and a new manager takes over, but team is the same with no new (different) players. Will the roster update on the web site associated with the league tab selected? Or will the entire roster from the first half remain in effect. On the app, I will, of course, assign a new active league to team and players. And lastly, will the first half, presumably associated with the prior league tab, still be available to view along with it's stats and roster?
Thanks!
Bob

Since the site is driven from the team not the leagues I would think the new phase games would populate the web site. Even with roster changes and coach changes if team x is playing games the website will draw that data. As far as stats from first half vs new phase that can be managed from the drop down league selections assuming you create leagues to sort/differentiate.

The roster on the web site matches the roster in team manager (not game specific lineup) on the handheld.

edit the Team in Team Manager, and when you export it, that will be reflected on The Team Website

A side benefit of this is if you have pick up players in a game, or a player who leaves a team, they can show up on game specific stats, but not on the current Team Roster on the web site.

Use leagues to seperate games under coach A, and games under coach, if you want to see stats that way. You can also have a league "coach A&B" that includes stats from both
