Are you referring to the Team Website purchased add-on? If you are, go to the Settings section of your Team Website. You will need to login with your Admin password and from the settings page, look for the Guest Password setting. Make sure you check the boxes under 'Require guest login to' to restrict the desired pages using the password.
Check out the iScore documentation page!
Includes videos and user manual.

If you have a team web site and you allow anyone to view the "Games" area - iscorecast will be available to those that can see the Game information.
If you are refering to just the iScorecast site - they only need your device ID to see published games. There is no "security" on just the scorecasts.

Make sure that your admin and guest password are different.
