Scorecard issue

Hi,
For some reason, my last 2 games I exported to the team website (http://baseball.iscorecentral.com/hillssummer2010" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) does not show the scorecard option under the "games" page. yet, the first 2 games I exported do. Is it something I did or didn't do? Thanks

The scorecards are actually picked up when you email them to yourself. Only the device can generate a scorecard, so the server "saves a copy" any time you email it to yourself to show on your website if you have one. If you just go to Game Manager, and email the scorecard to yourself, it will appear on your website. (Alternatively, you can email to "web" instead of your email address, and that is a special address that lets the server know to just store it on your web page.)

I am having the same issue; I don't even have a "scorecard" column on my site's "Games" page (http://iscorebaseball.com/wnwarriors" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). Most (not all) games have been e-mailed to at least 2 addresses from my device. I did e-mail the game info BEFORE I exported data from the device. Does this make a difference?

I notice that you don't have iscorecast on your web page either. If you sync iscorecast at the bottom of the game page for each game then the iscorecast should show on your website. I am not sure why the scorecard is not populating.

Are you emailing the scorecard to people? The scorecard has to be included when you are doing the email in order for the server to save a copy of it. You can also just do an email of the scorecard, and for the email address put in "web" for the game if you don't actually want to send it to anyone.

It will not matter if you email before or after the export... the server saves a copy of the scorecard either way.

Yes, I am e-mailing HTML and scorecard (not CSV or Excel) to two different e-mail addresses. They are coming though OK, with the HTML stats in the body and scorecard pdf attached.

Can we have you try emailing a scorecard from your device to our support email (support@iscorecentral.com) so we can track it through the system and see why it is not saving to your website? Thank you.

this should not be happening.. lets try a couple diagnostic things to help us isolate the issue..

first, try emailing the "Upper Arlington Legion" game to 'web' only. (go ahead and email all, csv excel scorecard html for both teams just to test..) ..see if that populates the team site..

then try emailing just to yourself a game .. say the "Westland" game. see if that works..
then start reduceing what you mail, to get back to just html and scorecard.

now try adding in more email addresses.. when you email to multiple people, should be a space (not a comma or semi colen) between names

wondering if the multiple email address' is the issue?

( FTM - I am wondering if the team name (171N Warriors) starting with a number, not an alpha character has created an oddity. should not but a random thought,..)
