player's name on substitution screen

The latest update is awesome. Great work!

One enhancement I would like to suggest is to show the player's name also when you select a lineup position during the substitution screen. I find myself having to look at my
lineup clipboard to get name of the player that corresponds to the number. Perhaps says "Select a substitute and/or change the field position for lineup position 3 (John Doe)".
